We offer this 21 foot 1938 Hayes "Motor Home" bread loaf style travel trailer for sale to a good home. Located in Wildomar, CA. this trailer has been covered for a very long time so the ceiling is in excellent shape. The walls are in great shape too except for two lower panels that should be replaced due to delamination. One kitchen cabinet should be replaced because it is not original. The rest are intact and 99% of the hardware is there. It will also need a new dinette table, cusions and new floor covering. The floor is solid throughout.

The outside skin is all metal and in really good shape. Only one small dent in the front that is easilly repaired and one or two small holes that were made for wiring in the past. Also easy fixes. The wheels are standard rims and the tires hold air but should be replaced. Bearings are in good shape and should be repacked. Tows like a dream and comes equipped with electric brakes that will need attention. Will need some new running light lenses. It comes with the original license plate holder and stop light. Not mounted now. Only two of the windows need levers to open. All others are complete and work. Top vents are shut tight for now. This trailer is solid and ready to be restored. Inside wood is nice and only needs refinishing for most of it.
